Geeetech Thunder + Generic Generic High Speed PETG Settings & OrcaSlicer Profile

Validated OrcaSlicer profile for printing Generic Generic High Speed PETG on the Geeetech Thunder (250°C all-metal DD, 0.4 mm Brass) — tuned for 250°C / 75°C temps, 18.0 mm³/s max volumetric flow, 214 mm/s speed cap, PA 0.034, and DFAM CAD clearances.

Why Black-Filament Baseline? (+5°C Carbon-Black Viscosity Margin): Black spools contain 1.5–3% Carbon Black pigment, which raises melt viscosity and alters heat transfer—requiring +3°C to +5°C higher nozzle temperature and a conservative volumetric flow ceiling vs. natural/light filaments for full inter-layer fusion. Calibrating every profile to a Black baseline guarantees that Black, White (TiO₂), and all standard colors print with zero under-extrusion, extruder clicking, or delamination.
